What should an average person do in order to live healthier and enjoyable life?

Part I:
Once upon a time a girl was born. Her name was Renata. Renata lived her routine life with parents and sister till one day she discovered what the word GYM means to her when her mom took her to the gym for the first time. Since those times she was really into it. Why?--Because it was something that she wanted to achieve with HER BODY and to be in a good shape as well as being healthy. Before Renata started "gym career", she took gym classes in high school and college. Therefore, it was boring and NOT something SPECIAL like "KALANETIK: YOGA" classes that she was taking back in Odessa, Ukraine.
What do I mean by "KALANETIK:YOGA?"--"Kalanetik" is another kind of Yoga exercises which is very healthy and helps your body to rejuvenate and live longer. It is fantastic. By "Kalanetik: Yoga", you cannot eat one hour before the work-out and one hour after. This way you can burn a lot of calories. "Kalanetik: Yoga" used to be very popular in Odessa during 1995-2002. Nowadays, Odessa offers you a lot of FITNESS clubs like America does as well as YOGA. So I am asking you a simple question what should an average person do in order to live healthier and enjoyable life( to have a healthier life-style)?
Part II:
So where is Renata right now? What is she doing? Oh... wait a second...here she is. Yes, this is Me...Renata, and you read my story in the first part. You want to ask, why do I think that each of us should necessarily exercise by working-out in a gym, or if too lazy-home (but, honestly, working-out at HOME is not a bright idea). Well, it is the part of our lives, and if no one takes care of his/her body, imagine what can happen one day?

I moved to New York (USA) six years ago. After settling down and making other priorities in my life, I made gym one of them. Right now I really enjoy living a healthy life by exercising once a week and on a weekend. Actually, the person who encouraged and inspired me to take intensive classes with her and other women was my sister. Today, I am really thankful to this person and will always be.

Speaking about sport programs, the one that I used to watch every Wednesday on NBC channel, is called THE BIGGEST LOSER inspired me too. I watched it every season and was never disappointed. Do not get me wrong and think that the only reason I watched THE BIGGEST LOSER was that I had to lose weight, no, I just wanted to see how people achieved their personal goals that they needed to achieve. What those people did in order to look good, sexy, and healthy each day? The only explanation for this was that they cared about their bodies a lot; otherwise, they would not have done what they did. Of course, it was a huge step to make and tough to do, but once in your life you have to make it!

Personally (this is my advice to everybody), any average person should eat more vegetables, fish, meat and fruits with the combination of a gym once- twice a week. People who smoke, or trying to quit smoking, should find the way to consult their doctors in order to combine those things.
Ask YOURSELF one day: "What should I do to make myself happy and find a relief?"

Saddam Execution Video Scandal Fuels Reactions.

An Iraqi official says the person suspected to have secretly recorded video of Saddam Hussein's execution on a mobile phone camera has been arrested. Bush administration officials say the United States raised concerns about the manner of the execution.

An adviser to Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki said the government is leading an investigation into the abusive acts at Saddam's execution.
Mobile phone footage---widely distributed on the Internet---documents witnesses taunting Saddam Hussein moments before he was hanged.
Sunni Arabs in Iraq have staged demonstrations at the conduct of Saddam's execution, saying it was an act of pure vengeance by the Shiite-led government.

White House Press Secretary Tony Snow said the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad had expressed its concerns over the handling of Saddam's execution. But he emphasized that Saddam Hussein was executed after a long trial that met international standards. "There seems to be a lot of concern about the last two minutes of Saddam Hussein's life and less about the first 69 [years] in which he murdered hundreds of thousands of people."

Yes, I completely agree with the White House Press Secretary Tony Snow. He is right 100%: Saddam Hussein murdered hundreds of thousands of people earlier so why would, all of a sudden, Bush Administration and the government of Iraq care about those abusive acts of execution? What is it a pity for the murderer? Or, maybe, they thought that he was a human being after all? Excuse me, someone who committed several crimes over the years like Saddam Hussein did --was NOT a human being; he WAS an animal. If he was a human being, he would not have done anything closer to what he did. God gave him life to live it fully, enjoy, accomplish many things and live it the right way, but he ruined it and ruined himself. And what he had accomplished... absolutely nothing! He had to pay the price by facing the trial and execution. This was the right thing to do. We cannot feel pity for someone like Saddam and discuss methods that were taken during the execution.

Why do people curse?

Recently, it just occurred to me: why do we curse? What is the purpose of cursing?

First of all, it is the lack of your intelligence if you DO CURSE. Second of all, how are you going be polite with others if you curse? Third of all, some people love to curse cause it turns others on, but isn't it humiliating? Fourth, our children pick it all up from their parents as well as friends and in the street. So what do we have to do in order to cut all of that? What kind of methods do we have to use?

I will tell you what we need to do. We have to open up a program that will teach children and adults how not to curse in public. This program will contain various methods listed in textbooks as well as booklets on how to succeed in life without cursing and sound more intelligent and smart in front of everybody. Me, personally, would attend it and recommend attending to others. Imagine how your level of knowledge will grow after you start this program and benefit afterwards.

When I was younger, I never cursed in my life, but when became older, I started this "dirty business". Why?--Guess, most of it was from high school though I never really cursed in high school; or could be from people I interacted with. Therefore, I cannot say that I REALLY CURSE. I do it only when I am mad and frustrated. This is the only reason I curse, but I hate interacting like this. What I am trying to explain is that I sound better while communicating as oppose to many other people who put a curse in between every other word. Those people do not fully understand that they cannot speak this way.

Cursing is bad for each of us, therefore, CERTAIN HUMAN BEINGS humiliate themselves by cursing and think that it is suppose to be their way and not any other. Hello!- We have to have respect for ourselves as well as for our future generation. Consider that in mind, my dears!

My advice to everybody is to look for better ways of communicating online and in books to learn more from it.

Good luck, Folks!!!
